Costs & Insurances Counseling FAQs What Is Trauma? Resources Contact	My fees are $125 for the initial session, and $90 for each session after that. If you are paying cash and need no billing service, there is a $10 per session discount. Payments Accepted: I can accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover at the time of service. Insurances: I can bill any private insurance. I cannot accept state, DSHS, Medicare, Medicaid, or medical coupons I can accept all the following insurances, but if it states Out of Network then I can only accept this insurance as long as you have out of network benefits, and you may have to pay higher copays or deductibles to see me. If you'd like to know your costs when using any insurance, please call me at 328-3400, or email me at smurray@counselingcenterofspokane.com and give me your insurance company name, your ID number from off your card, your date of birth, and, if you call, a return phone number. I will contact your insurance company to determine your costs and let you know within a day or two. You can also contact your insurance company directly, or your human resources office, to determine your costs. If you email me and I have not responded within 8 business hours, please try again.
